18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese university students; 2. Center for Epidemiological Research Depression Scale (CES-D) score > 16; 3. Smart devices and the Internet; 4. Aged over 18 years; 5. No suicidal thoughts (score < 2 on question 9 of PHQ-9; 6. Not taking antidepressants in the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet DSM-IV criteria for major depressive episode (MDE), bipolar disorder, or psychotic disorder; 2. Current or past (past 6 months) participation in psychotherapy elsewhere; 3. Use illegal drugs or consume > 3 standard alcoholic beverages per day.
