Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hip and knee replacement surgery; 2. Aged > 18 years and < 80 years; 3. Patients voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms of systemic infection such as sepsis; 2. Allergic constitution; 3. Infectious arthritis; 4. Patients who cannot tolerate surgery; 5. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 6. Pregnant or breast-feeding patients; 7. Researchers consider other reasons unsuitable for clinical trials.
