Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient: (1) The patient was diagnosed with chronic heart failure and the cardiac function grade was ?-?; (2) Aged >=18 years; (3) Married or in a similar relationship with a surviving partner; (4) Voluntary participation. 2. Spouse caregiver: (1) Primary caregiver who provides informal care; (2) Voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient: (1) Acute stage of heart failure; (2) Complicated with serious mental or neurological diseases (such as stroke, epilepsy, etc.); (3) Complicated with serious physical diseases (such as malignant tumors); (4) Complicated with severe hearing or vision impairment; (5) Unable to understand the meaning of the questionnaire or have communication barriers. 2. Spouse caregiver: (1) Receiving payment for care; (2) Severely impaired hearing and communication.
