Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 years, right-handed; 2. Migraine diagnosed according to the International Classification of Headache Disorders, third edition, tension-type headache, cluster headache, new daily persistent headache, drug overdose headache, and headache duration of more than 1 year; At the same time, healthy subjects matched with age, sex and education level were included; 3. Subjects sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use prophylactic medication for headache in the past month; Take painkillers, sedatives, sleeping pills, coffee, alcohol and other drugs that affect your mental state 12 hours before the scan; 2. Accompanied by other types of chronic pain, paresthesia, history of craniocerebral trauma, history of craniocerebral surgery, and severe mental and psychological diseases; 3. A history of systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and cerebrovascular disease requires long-term medication; 4. Installation in vivo heart pacemakers, artificial heart valve, metal electronic cochlea, chemotherapy pump and drugs such as insulin pump pump, intraocular foreign body metal, the brain aneurysm clips, coronary stent, a variety of intravascular stent and filter, all kinds of artificial joints and prosthesis, inside the metal holder, dentures, orthodontic orthoses or retainer, and hair dye, eyebrow tattoo, tattoo patients; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 6. Claustrophobic; 7. Patients with brain lesions (such as ischemia, cyst, etc.) by magnetic resonance examination; 8. Others are not suitable for this study.
