Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The tumor is located in the colonic and splenic region, descending colon, or descending B junction; 2. Treatment for the purpose of healing; 3. Use of laparoscopic techniques.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had multiple primary colorectal cancer; 2. Combined with distant metastasis; 3. Complicated with severe organ dysfunction, such as severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 4. Benign tumor; 5. Previous malignant tumors of other organs.
