Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients who underwent primary unilateral hip replacement in our department from September 1, 2016 to November 30, 2019; 2. Patients receiving both TXA regimens; 3. Preoperative hemoglobin level >90g/L; 4. Preoperative Doppler ultrasound examination of lower limbs was negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Revision hip arthroplasty; 2. Underwent tumor-related hip replacement; 3. Complicated with severe liver and renal failure; 4. Coagulopathy; 5. History of venous thromboembolism within 6 months after admission.
