Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Tracheal CT three-dimensional reconstruction indicated tracheal stenosis, bronchoscopy confirmed tracheal stenosis or softening (lumen diameter less than 50% of the normal trachea), accompanied by obvious post-activity chest tightness, shortness of breath, or recurrent lung tissue infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acquired duct stenosis; 2. Patients with severe heart, brain, and lung diseases or severe abnormalities in coagulation indexes; 3. Related syndromes: Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, CHARGE syndrome, VACTERL syndrome, Pierre-Robin sequence sign, etc.
