Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years. 2. Admission to ICU meets the 2012 ESICM criteria for acute gastrointestinal injury grade I (risk of gastrointestinal dysfunction and failure) and AGI grade II (gastrointestinal dysfunction), and enteral nutrition can be initiated within 24 to 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications of enteral feeding and hemodynamic instability, which cannot be given any form of nutritional treatment; 2. Patients with oral feeding, chronic liver disease history and severe liver function damage during the course of the disease; 3. Serum urea nitrogen increased more than 4mmol/L daily, or renal insufficiency required blood purification treatment.
