Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke, with stable condition, conscious consciousness and stable vital signs; 2. First stroke, duration >=1 month; 3. Sitting balance >= grade I; 4. Unilateral hemiplegia, hemiplegic upper limbs, hands, and lower limbs Brunnstrom stage >= III; 5. According to the mini-Mental Status Examination, illiteracy and no education group 6 years group <= 24 points; 6. Aged 45-75 years; 7. The patient or legal guardian has consented and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Asymptomatic lacunar infarction, transient ischemia and reversible stroke; 2. There are serious cognitive or lateral neglect or other functional disorders, or there are serious anxiety, depression and other mental disorders, unable to carry out normal intervention or evaluation; 3. Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney, endocrine system and hematopoietic system; 4. Pregnant and lactating patients.
