Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Patients with advanced cancer (cancer diagnosed as stage ? or ?); 3. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score >=26; 4. Know the condition; 5. Not signed advance directives (ADs).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders or diseases; 2. Cannot tolerate long time communication; 3. The patient refused to participate.
