20 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal healthy volunteers; 2. Aged 20-79 years; 3. Ocular surface Disease index (OSDI) score <=12; 4. Patients who have the ability to understand and sign the informed consent and are willing and able to cooperate with the study requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Eye infection; 2. Conjunctival relaxation; 3. Combined with eyelid diseases, corneal conjunctival diseases, exophthalmos, glaucoma and lens dislocation, etc.; 4. Nasolacrimal passage obstruction; 5. Partial eye surgery has not fully recovered, such as glaucoma filtration surgery, retinal detachment reduction, etc.; 6. Nystagmus; 7. Paralytic strabismus; 8. Have systemic diseases, such as poorly controlled hypertension and thrombocytopenia; 9. Pregnant and lactating patients; 10. Participating in clinical trials of other drugs or applying other eye drugs; 11. Those with mental illness or poor general state who cannot cooperate with the examination.
