18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years with confirmed/suspected/high-risk sepsis according to the Emergency Expert Consensus on Early Prevention and Interruption of Sepsis in China. 2. Evidence of infection or suspected infection. 3. Rapid Sequential organ failure score (qSOFA) >=1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vulnerable group patients listed in the ethical application, including but not limited to: unable to cooperate with the mental state, suffering from mental diseases, no self-control, unable to express clearly; pregnant or lactating patients; patients with expected survival time < 2 months or persistent vegetative state; 2. Third-degree burn (within 7 days), covering 20% of the total body area; 3. HIV+ with CD4 count < 5x10^7/L or in advanced stage of disease; 4. Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy; 5. Performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation within 4 weeks; 6. Participating in other clinical trials.
