Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years and <70 years, no gender limit; 2. Esophageal cancer, lung cancer, or breast cancer confirmed by histology or cytology; 3. The ECOG score was 0-2, and there was no dysphagia or severe dysphagia before radiotherapy; 4. No contraindications of chemoradiotherapy for liver and kidney function, bone marrow function and cardiopulmonary function; 5. PG-SGA score <9; 6. Not pregnant or breastfeeding; 7. Subjects must understand and sign the informed consent; 8. Have reading comprehension ability and can complete the questionnaire with medical assistance; 9. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent in person.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous radiotherapy; 2. Patients with severe underlying diseases who cannot tolerate radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Patients who planned to receive immunotherapy or had previously received immunotherapy; 4. Suffering from serious mental illness, poor compliance; 5. Other cases deemed inappropriate for inclusion by the investigator.
