Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Labor induction meets ethical and relevant legal requirements; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Primipara; 4. Gestational age 16-27+6 weeks; 5. No contraindications of epidural analgesia; 6. No contraindications of vaginal labor induction; 7. ASA Classification I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dead fetus; 2. Twin or multiple twins; 3. Mental disorders or inability to describe symptoms and signs objectively; 4. Allergy or contraindications to mifepristone and rivanol; 5. Technical contraindications of axons.
