18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In good general health; 2. Good oral hygiene; 3. Patients with single posterior tooth defect requiring implantation; 4. After basic periodontal treatment; 5. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Minors or cognitive impairment, unable to understand the test content; 2. Severe systemic diseases, unable to tolerate routine outpatient tooth extraction and implant surgery; 3. History of radiotherapy for head and neck cancer; 4. Long-term use of corticosteroids, bisphosphonates and other drugs that affect bone regeneration; 5. Severe periodontitis; 6. Patients with severe pharyngeal reflex; 7. Patients with maxillary posterior teeth requiring maxillary sinus lift.
