18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years and <65 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective open-heart valve surgery and requiring ventilator support in the ICU for at least 1 day after surgery; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction or other mental diseases; 2. After cardiac resuscitation; 3. Hypertensive crisis (SBP >200 mmHg/DBP>110mmHg); 4. Unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction occurred within six months; 5. Acute brain injury; 6. Patients with increased intracranial pressure; 7. Severe liver and kidney diseases; 8. Pregnant patients.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The dose of norepinephrine required to achieve a mean arterial pressure of 65 to 75mmHg when both groups achieved an RASS sedation score of 2;

The total amount of propofol, remifentanil, and esketamine;The number of tachycardia, hypertension and hypotension;The incidence of delirium within 3 days after surgery (CAM-ICU);Postoperative inflammatory reaction;
