Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, disease duration within 2 weeks; 2. The first onset of stroke, which met the diagnostic criteria of the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Conference, was confirmed by CT or MRI; 3. Unilateral lesion, NIHSS score <=15, accompanied by lateral limb motor dysfunction and balance disorder; 4. The vital signs are stable, can cooperate to complete aerobic training, no exercise contraindications; 5. Patients and family members signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysfunction of important organs of heart, liver, lung and kidney or other serious physical diseases, unstable blood pressure and heart rate; 2. Patients with severe language and cognitive impairment; 3. Combined with other neurological diseases such as epilepsy and Parkinson's disease; 4. Lower limb joint mobility disorder, sitting position level 1 balance is not reached; 5. Metal head or skull defect; 6. Patients who underwent thrombectomy or thrombolytic therapy.
