18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years, no gender limit, admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University; 2. Diagnosed as chronic refractory infected wounds; 3. Patients who can tolerate surgery; 4. Patients were informed and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrollable hyperglycemia, diabetic ketoacidosis and non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma before admission; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Other diseases that may limit the efficacy evaluation, or mental illness that is difficult to cooperate with the successful completion of the study; 5. Patients with serious uncontrolled disease or systemic infection or complicated with other serious organ diseases such as liver, kidney, heart, lung and brain diseases; 6. Participated in other clinical trials 3 months before the trial.
