Group 2:Ultrasound-guided midaxillary nerve block of serratus anterior muscle 0.25% ropivacaine 20ml contains 30mg/ml iodohyl
Group 3:Ultrasound-guided retroaxillary nerve block of serratus anterior muscle 0.25% ropivacaine 20ml contains 30mg/ml iodohyl
Group 1:Ultrasound-guided anterior serratus axillary nerve block 0.25% ropivacaine 20ml contains 30mg/ml iodohyl
Group 4:Ultrasound-guided anterior serratus axillary nerve block 0.25% ropivacaine 20ml
Group 5:Ultrasound-guided midaxillary nerve block of serratus anterior muscle 0.25% ropivacaine 20ml

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II, aged 18-75 years; 2. Normal cognitive function, no mental diseases; 3. Normal function of blood and lymphatic system; 4. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of anesthesia; 2. Pregnant and lactation patients; 3. Puncture site infection or nerve injury; 4. Patients transferred to hospital or died during the study; 5. Participate in other clinical researchers in the same period; 6. Thoracic anatomical abnormalities found by physical examination and spontaneous pneumothorax in the history; 7. Body mass index >=30kg/m^2; 8. Metal implants (pacemakers, etc.); 9. Use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 2 weeks; 10. Known allergy to ropivacaine or other amides.
