18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Elective thoracoscopic partial pneumonectomy was planned for a single surgical group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to enroll after communication; 2. Used probiotics or gastrointestinal motility drugs within 1 month before surgery; 3. Oral or intravenous antibiotics were used for fever, infection and other reasons within 3 months before surgery; 4. Continuous use of glucocorticoids within six months before surgery; 5. History of abdominal surgery or gastroenteroscopy within 6 months before surgery; 6. Have special dietary habits (such as vegetarian diet, irregular diet, etc.); 7. Complicated with chronic digestive diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis, familial adenomatous polyposis, gastrointestinal malignancy, etc.) or diabetes.
