Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. ASA ?-?; 3. BMI 18-30; 4. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer under general anesthesia; 5. Signed anesthesia informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate in this study; 2. Patients with contraindications to esketamine (e.g., glaucoma, macrovascular aneurysm, etc.); 3. Patients who used sedative or analgesic drugs before surgery; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients with a history of cognitive impairment or psychiatric or neurological disorders who could not cooperate with the investigators.
