40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 40 and 80 years; 2. The Han; 3. Be able to participate in physical examination and provide informed consent independently or signed by the guardian; 4. Mini-mental State Scale examination or neuropsychological assessment provided objective evidence of cognitive impairment. MMSE score: illiteracy <21, primary school education <24, middle school education <27; 5. Unconsciousness disorder, which may be accompanied by mental and behavioral abnormalities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital mental retardation or a history of mental illness; 2. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and renal dysfunction, severe endocrine system diseases, severe connective tissue diseases and toxic encephalopathy; 3. Patients with neurological diseases that can cause brain dysfunction, such as cerebrovascular diseases, demyelinating diseases and brain tumors; 4. Patients with depression, history of head trauma, history of taking special drugs; 5. MRI contraindications, such as claustrophobia.
