Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. To understand the relevant nursing post Settings and stroke advanced practice nursing content stages of stroke patients in various stages of onset in existing medical institutions: (1) Medical personnel: 1) Licensed physician certificate, nurse license, clinical laboratory technician certificate, imaging technician certificate, clinical pharmacist certificate and other certificates; 2) Working in stroke center for more than 1 year, and familiar with the treatment process of acute ischemic stroke; 3) Volunteer to participate in this study. (2) Selection criteria for experts: 1) Bachelor degree or above; 2) Intermediate and above technical titles (experts with intermediate titles are required to obtain specialized certification qualifications in stroke related fields); 3) More than 10 years of working experience in this field; 4) Interested and willing to participate in this study; 5) Volunteer to participate in this study. 2. Effect of post setting of stroke senior practice nurse and validation stage of clinical nursing practice plan: (1) Stroke patients: 1) Emergency admission with a preliminary diagnosis of stroke; 2) Admitted within 24 hours of onset; 3) Patients with hemorrhagic stroke confirmed by head CT who need conventional medical treatment or surgical treatment (decompressive craniectomy, hematoma aspiration or ventricular drainage); 4) Patients with ischemic stroke were treated with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis or endovascular therapy or intravenous thrombolysis bridging endovascular therapy after cerebral hemorrhage was ruled out by head CT. (2) Medical personnel: 1) The post of stroke senior practice nurse was on post before and after establishment; 2) Volunteer for research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. To understand the relevant nursing post Settings and stroke advanced practice nursing content stages of stroke patients in various stages of onset in existing medical institutions: Medical staff: Staff who are unable to cooperate with the study due to work or other personal reasons. 2. Effect of post setting of stroke senior practice nurse and validation stage of clinical nursing practice plan: (1) Stroke patients: 1) Stroke patients with in-hospital onset; 2) Acute stroke patients admitted to the outpatient department; 3) Before the onset of the disease, the modified Rankin scale (mRS) score was greater than 2, and the self-care was limited; 4) Incomplete data acquisition. (2) Medical staff: staff who are unable to cooperate with the study due to work or other personal reasons.
