Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. OCD patients who visited our hospital because of obsessive-compulsive symptoms meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 obsessive-compulsive disorder; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Junior high school education or above; 4. Y-bocs score >=16; 5. Patients who have not received SSRIs or other psychiatric drug treatment, psychological treatment or physical therapy in the past 2 months; 6. Have sufficient visual and visual skills to complete the necessary examinations for the study; 7. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe obsessive-compulsive symptoms make the patient unable to complete the required evaluation, examination and treatment; 2. There is a strong negative attitude or risk of suicide; 3. Suffering from serious physical diseases, such as bronchial asthma, severe respiratory obstruction, severe respiratory insufficiency or central nervous system diseases; 4. Allergic to NAC; 5. Patients who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the near future and those who are breastfeeding.
