Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Place of birth in Hainan or have lived in Hainan for at least 5 years; 2. Aged 55-74 years; 3. Without severe physical disability or mental illness, able to communicate normally and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 4. Undiagnosed hypertension with one or more of the following risk factors: (1) High blood pressure, systolic blood pressure between 130 mmHg and 139 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure between 85 mmHg and 89 mmHg; (2) Overweight or obesity and (or) abdominal obesity, overweight or obesity refers to body mass index (BMI) >=24 kg/m^2, abdominal obesity refers to waist circumference >=90cm (2.7 feet) for men and >=85cm (2.6 feet) for women; (3) Family history of hypertension (hypertensive patients in the first or second degree relatives); (4) Long-term excessive drinking (drinking liquor >=100 mL per day); (5) Long-term diet high salt (average daily >6 g).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Regular smoking, that is, smoking more than 1 cigarette a day, continuous or cumulative 6 months.
