Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years; 2.After cardiovascular surgery; 3.Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is planned; 4.ASA grade?-?; 5.Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.During pregnancy or lactation; 2. History of allergic reaction to sedative drugs; 3. Suffering from mental system diseases (severe depression, schizophrenia, mania, bipolar disorder, insanity, etc.), long-term history of taking psychotropic drugs and cognitive impairment; 4. Myasthenia gravis patients; 5. Severe hypoxemia, SPO2 160 mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg, MAP< 55 mmHg and heart rate < 50 bpm/ min under the control of vasoactive drugs; 7. Uncontrollable arrhythmia; 8. Severe coagulation disorder; 9.Patients in deep coma, RASS score - 5.
