Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The patient had a history of ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke diagnosed by brain CT or MRI; ? 1 month = onset time = 6 months, unlimited gender, 35 years = age = 70 years, stable vital signs; ? Patients or family members are willing to sign informed consent; ? Cognitive impairment: 10 = MOCA score = 25, or the patient's main complaint or insider's report or experienced clinician's judgment of cognitive impairment after stroke, and neuropsychological evidence confirms the evidence of functional impairment in more than one cognitive field or cognitive decline compared with the past.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with mental disorders or unclear consciousness who cannot cooperate with treatment and evaluation; ? Patients with severe visual impairment, hearing impairment and eye movement disorder that objectively affect the evaluation results; ? Those who have participated or are participating in other clinical studies 3 months ago; ? Patients with dementia, depression, aphasia, schizophrenia, stroke, brain tumor, carbon monoxide poisoning, other brain dysfunction, and fear of body acupuncture and scalp acupuncture;
