Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with lung cancer; 2. Accepted VATS-assisted surgery; 3. Postoperative respiratory failure, postoperative respiratory failure (PRF) was defined as being unable to wean off mechanical ventilation within 48 hours after surgery or postoperative unplanned intubation/re-intubation Intubation.

Exclusion criteria
