Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From March 1, 2022 to December 31, 2025, patients with acute myocardial infarction in Beijing Tongren Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, with acute myocardial infarction meeting the diagnostic criteria of my country's "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction (2019)"; PCI treatment; aged 18 to 85 years old; patients need to be informed, consent and sign the informed consent form approved by the ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; acute infection, acute exacerbation of chronic infection, malignant tumor, hematological disease, systemic large artery disease, cardiomyopathy, and patients receiving non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or immunosuppressive agents such as glucocorticoids
