Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Infants were born at a gestational age = 34 weeks and <42 weeks; body length, head circumference and weight were obtained within 2 h after birth. 2)No use of probiotics. 3)Obtain approval from the hospital ethics Committee. 4)Informed consent of the guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Newborns with a history of severe asphyxia and severe (grade III or above) intracranial hemorrhage at birth; 2)Newborns with congenital malformation or genetic metabolic diseases; 3)Maternal history of intrauterine infection during pregnancy; 4)The mother has a history of alcohol, tobacco or illegal drug use during pregnancy; 5)Mothers who took probiotics within 1 month prior to delivery and/or newborns during the study period; 6)The mother had a history of prenatal fever, premature rupture of membranes, amniotic fluid contamination, and the use of antibiotics during delivery. 7)Parental informed consent was not obtained.
