Gold Standard:1. Serum creatinine rises by 0.3mg/dl (26.5µmol/L) within 48 hours
2. Within 7 days of known or assumed renal impairment, serum creatinine rises to> 1.5 times the baseline value
3. Urine volume <0.5ml /(kg·h) for 6h.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are about to receive intravenous cisplatin for the first time as a cancer chemotherapy regimen; (2) Age = 18 years old, no gender limit; (3) The patient understands and is willing to sign a written consent document; (4) The patient may be receiving combined treatment with cisplatin and other chemotherapy drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previously received cisplatin therapy; (2) Patients who have previously received dialysis or other renal replacement therapy; (3) Individuals who do not agree to donate peripheral blood or have obvious discomfort in blood sampling; (4) Kidney diseases that do not meet hemodialysis standards, such as chronic kidney disease.
