Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children (< 18 yr) undergoing a cardiac surgical procedure and admitted to PICU,and tracheobronchial aspirates were collected upon intubation and tested for 13 respiratory viruses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: After admission to ICU, sputum specimens were collected for more than 48 hours.
