Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients who will under elective gastrointestinal surgery [including gastrectomy, radical gastrectomy, radical rectotomy, rectotomy, right semicolectomy, radical sigmoid colorectomy, sigmoid colorectomy, right semicolectomy]. 2)ASA grade I to III 3)At least 18 years old 4)Be able to understand and complete questionnaires independently or with the help of a physician 5)Informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who were hyperthermic (>37.8°C) before surgery or receiving medication with the potential to influence thermoregulation (e.g., clonidine, phenothiazines, meperidine) were excluded from the trial. 2)Patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism or Raynaud's disease. 3)Patients admitted to ICU after surgery. 4)Patients with mental illness, consciousness disorder and communication disorder, unable to understand or refuse to complete the questionnaire.
