Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Arrive at the emergency department of the hospital within 24 hours of onset. ? Suspected stroke patients should be considered in emergency. ? Older than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with a history of stroke and neurological deficits(mRS>2).
