45 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age :45-80 years old (2) patients with indications of prostate biopsy according to Chinese Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of urological diseases (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading 1-3; (4) Willingness to sign informed consent and adhere to the study protocol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with symptoms of urinary tract infection or WBC positive in urine test before biopsy; Or acute prostatitis in the past 6 months; Perineal skin infection (2) Patients with indwelling catheter (3) Patients with long time use of corticosteroids or immunosuppressive drugs (4) Patients with previously diagnosed prostate cancer (5) Non-urinary system bacterial infections that currently require active treatment with antibiotics (6) Patients with a history of allergy to the study drug (7) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (8)There are contraindications for transperineal prostate puncture
