Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Acute ischemic stroke was diagnosed according to World Health Organization (WHO) standards at the time of admission; ?The time from onset to admission =7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Age <18 years; ? History of stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA); ? Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score = 1 before onset; ? Thrombolytic therapy or mechanical thrombectomy history; ? 10% missing data of the case.
