20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Have abdominal pain, fever, nausea and vomiting and other clinical symptoms; ? Amylase and lipase were more than 3ULN; (3) Imaging examination must confirm the diagnosis, and CT score is above GRADE C;BISAP score & gt;= 3 points; ? The onset to the hospital within 24 hours. ? The age is 20-50 ? No other underlying diseases ? No complicated organ failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There were allergic reactions to the drugs in this study; ? patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; ? Breast-feeding or pregnant women; ? Patients with biliary pancreatitis who need surgical treatment.
