18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The operation time is expected to be within 2h, regardless of gender, age 18-75 years, ASA grade I-II, patients with normal liver and kidney functions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic pulmonary and bronchial diseases, patients with altered anesthesia caused by nerve block failure, patients with contraindications to brachial plexus block, patients with abnormal phrenic nerve or diaphragm dysfunction, patients who refuse to participate in the study, patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, pregnant or lactating women, and patients who cannot cooperate.
