Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with PD diagnosis criteria released by Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Group, Chinese Society of Neurology in 2014, and hoehn-YahRPD grading standard was Grade I -III; 2. Can cooperate in training and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of other diseases causing respiratory muscle damage; 2. Severe skeletal and spinal deformity; 3. Taking drugs (such as steroid hormones and immunosuppressants) that may affect muscle structure and lung function; 4. Patients with severe cognitive impairment; 5. Patients with concurrent pulmonary infection.
