Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are as follows: Patients age between 18 and 65 years old, Physical status of ASA I-II,selective surgery,general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are as follows: patients not being intubated on the first attempt, patients with arrhythmia,patients co-existing stroke,patients co-existing hypertension,patients co-existing diabetes,history of difficult airway,and BMI>30Kg/m2
