Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the disease diagnostic criteria in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis; 2. All patients were diagnosed by nasal examination and nasal endoscopy, and their age was > 18 years old; 3. Accompanied by different degrees of olfactory impairment; 4. Patients without previous mental illness and disturbance of consciousness; 5. Be able to use WeChat and have fixed contact information; 6. Informed consent, able to cooperate with olfactory rehabilitation training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic or serious organ damage; 2. Congenital olfactory disorder and olfactory disorder caused by other diseases; 3. Participate in other studies; 4. Contraindications of olfactory rehabilitation training; 5. Refuse to participate in the study after explaining the purpose, method, and significance of the study to the patients and their families; 6. Suffering from mental illness or serious cognitive impairment and language expression defects.
