Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent of this study; 2. Chinese male or female patients aged 18-70 years old, including 18 and 70 years old; 3. Best corrected visual acuity =1.0, diopter in the range of -6.0 to + 1.0D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to follow study procedures and inability to cooperate with eye examinations; 2. Previous intraocular surgery or laser treatment history; 3. history of eye disease: corneal abnormalities or corneal infection, glaucoma, iridocorneal endothelial syndrome anterior segment dysgenesis, nanophthalmos, high myopia (> 6.0D), uveitis, eye tumors, trauma, fundus lesions such as central retinal vein occlusion, central retinal artery occlusion, and retinal detachment; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. With a history of serious systemic diseases: diabetes, hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=100mmHg), advanced heart disease, kidney disease, respiratory disease or tumor, etc.
