Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with newly diagnosed stage III-IV ovarian cancer; 2. Histologically confirmed high-grade serous ovarian cancer with ascites; 3. Through preoperative evaluation, patients need to undergo (and plan to perform) paracentesis to extract ascites or surgically remove tumor tissue; 4. The patients have signed the informed consent for clinical research.
