Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery starting in February 2022; 2. Age 60-80 years; 3. No gender limitation; 4. Body weight 45-85 kg; 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)II-III; 6. Classification of NYHA heart function II-III; 7. Coronary artery bypass grafting or valve replacement was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. EF<30%; 2. IABP support is required; 3. Secondary sternotomy; 4. Complicated with infectious, endocrine, and metabolic diseases; 5. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. History of thoracotomy surgery; 7. Have a history of mental illness, and long-term use of antipsychotics; 8. Chest deformity can not be nerve block, etc.
