Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-55 years old; 2. Pain score was vas >= 4; 3. Trauma does not affect the use of the multi-functional ECG monitor or pulse oxygen monitor; 4. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent; 5. The patient is conscious and can correctly understand and use Changhai pain scale to express the degree of pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal obstruction, air embolism, pneumothorax, aeroencephalography, epilepsy, obstructive respiratory disease, and acute upper respiratory tract infection, pregnant women, or combined with other severe combined injuries; 2. Patients with severe drug dependence and mental disorders; 3. Patients with drug-induced or disease-induced pulmonary fibrosis; 4. Otorhinolaryngology and other organ diseases, such as sinusitis, middle ear diseases, and tympanic membrane transplantation; 5. Previous history of analgesic drug abuse.
