Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bladder cancer patients who need radical cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder construction; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Those who agree to sign the informed consent, follow the doctor's advice and follow up regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe uncontrolled disease or acute infection; 2. The patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases and diabetes can not be controlled and can not reach the operation standard; 3. Those who have immune system diseases and can't control, can't reach the operation standard; 4. Previous abdominal and pelvic surgery history, severe abdominal, and pelvic adhesions; Any one of the above shall not be included.
