Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Diagnostic criteria of cardiac arrest and recovery of spontaneous circulation; 3. Less than 24 hours from onset to admission; 4. Provide and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious liver, kidney, and heart failure; 2. Complicated with diseases of the blood system, tumors of the central nervous system or spinal column, systemic malignancy, etc.; 3. Complicated with metabolic diseases or receiving hormone and immunosuppressive therapy; 4. With demyelinating disease, Parkinson's disease, dementia, and other neurological diseases; 5. Have a history of stroke or sequelae of stroke within 1 year; 6. Previous spinal or craniocerebral surgery or major surgery or trauma within 1 month.
