Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CT examination found pulmonary nodules. The imaging manifestations were pure ground glass or mixed ground glass nodules with a diameter of less than 2cm, which were highly suspected of malignancy. Patients who are going to undergo thoracoscopic sub lobectomy; 2. Nodules need to be located; 3. There was no operation contraindication. The patient's cardiopulmonary function and other important organ functions were basically normal and could tolerate the operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with large lesions or suspected surrounding tissue invasion are considered unsuitable for thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery; 2. Preoperative examination considered multiple lung metastases, lymph node metastases, or distant organ metastases; 3. Patients with poor cardiopulmonary function, poor general condition, and unable to tolerate ordinary tracheoscopy; 4. Patients refused to participate after fully understanding the diagnosis and treatment plan.
