Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. AF was confirmed by >= one time of routine 12-lead electrocardiogram or 24-hour Holter electrocardiographic monitoring (Holter) (referred to 2020 ESC Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of atrial fibrillation developed in collaboration with the European Association of Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS)); 2. First cryoablation of atrial fibrillation; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. Left atrial and left atrial appendage thrombus excluded by transesophageal echocardiography (TEE); 5. Patients were regularly followed up by ECG or Holter at 1 month and every 3 months after the procedure; 6. Patients and their families understood the purpose and steps of this study, voluntarily participated in this study, and signed written informed consent; 7. Patients and their families were willing and able to follow the requirements of the plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation.
