18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of anesthesiologists health status rating (ASA) 1-2; 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years old; 3. Patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia for more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse to participate in the experiment and do not sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients with serious heart, kidney, or liver diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chest wall deformity, or a history of chest surgery; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 30kg/m2; 4. Patients had symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection or pulmonary infection in recent 4 weeks, and chest X-ray or CT showed pneumonia.
